Will the product I receive be the same as the one in the photo?

The photos reflect the beauty, detail and artistry of our pieces. All of our pieces are completely handcrafted, so not two of them are exactly alike. This is what makes them unique.

Shipping
We ship your order to the address of your choice, home or workplace.
Shipping of large items will be estimated and billed separately.

The delivery time from the request of the order, will be 30 days minimum depending on the stock. The customer will be informed by email.

Customer Service and Return Policy
All our pieces have a transport insurance. It is included in the shipping cost. You can return one of our pieces if it has suffered damage during transport. In that case, you will bear the cost of the shipping. Once the cause of the damage is verified, we will do the necessary insurance claim and you will get back the amount spent on the return process.

The product must be returned within 30 days after receipt date.
